Experience the ultimate Costa Blanca getaway at this beautiful holiday villa in Calpe, a spacious retreat designed for groups of up to 12 guests. Perfectly positioned to capture incredible views of the Peñon de Ifach and its surrounding beaches, this home blends relaxation with a privileged location to ensure a memorable Mediterranean escape.

The villa features a versatile layout with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main floor is accessed via a small staircase and offers a beautiful living room with Sat/DTT TV, opening onto a large terrace with a magnificent barbecue. This level includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooker, as well as three bedrooms: two with en-suite showers (one double bed and one with two single beds) and a third bedroom with two single beds, served by a separate bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, an impressive bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub opens onto a huge solarium chill-out area, offering 360º views of the sea, the Olta mountain, and the Peñon de Ifach.

For added privacy, the ground floor consists of a separate studio accessed by exterior steps. This area includes two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a separate bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and washing machine.

Outside, you will find a large, completely closed plot featuring an 8x4 pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, creating a private oasis for your group.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement. A refundable security deposit of €500 and a final cleaning fee of €287 are required. Optional cots (€4/day) and extra beds (€12/day) are available upon request.
