To ensure a relaxing stay, each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV and soft, plush robes, and features a security lock on the door for added peace of mind. The layout includes a 4 pc. bath on the main floor and a 3 pc. bath located on the lower level.

Guests have access to a welcoming open concept living space, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the main floor. This seamless design creates a spacious environment for relaxing or preparing meals during your stay.

Located just 1.9 km from the University of Waterloo and the Hi Tech Park, the property provides easy access to the city's academic and professional hubs, as well as the renowned St. Jacob's Market.

Practical information for your stay:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Please notify the host of your arrival time and text 30 minutes prior to arrival)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late Check-out: Available until 12:30 PM for an additional $75.00 fee if authorized in advance; otherwise, late departures are charged a full day fee
• Security Deposit: A refundable $250.00 CAD hold is required

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• A shoe-free home; please remove footwear upon entry
• Food and drinks are permitted on the main floor only (water is allowed in bedrooms)
• No pets, no smoking, and no candles are permitted on the property
• No parties of any kind
• Not suitable for children under 5 years old unless the entire house is rented
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises
• A signed rental agreement and working cell phone are required for all guests
