Whether you are visiting for a convention, business, or simply to soak up the sun, this fully renovated second-floor apartment provides a refreshing and convenient home base. Just bring your bathing suit and flip-flops, as everything else has been taken care of for your stay.

This private 500 square foot living space is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds (a double/full bed on the bottom and a twin on top). For additional guests, the living room offers a queen pull-out sofa bed.

Inside the apartment, you will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a portable 2-burner cooktop, toaster oven, and coffee maker, along with all the necessary utensils and cookware to prepare a great meal. The living area is completed with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Guests enjoy access to the outdoor courtyard and picnic area. While there is no on-site driveway, two parking passes are provided for street parking. Free street parking is also available on the street behind the property, located a short 3-4 minute walk from the entrance.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (must be house broken and kept on a leash as the yard is not fully fenced). A fee of $20 per pet per night applies, or $195 per animal per month for stays of 28 nights or longer.
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. A pre-arrival form and government ID upload are required. For same-day bookings, ID verification must be completed prior to entry.
• Restrictions: No local guests permitted. A signed lease agreement is required for stays exceeding 28 days.
• Special Notes: Guests bringing a trailer must contact the host before booking. If you wish to use the grill, please provide your own charcoal.
