The sleeping arrangements are spread across multiple levels to ensure privacy: the main level offers two King suites (including one with a handicap roll-in shower), while the lower and upper levels each provide four King suites, each equipped with its own futon and tub/shower combo. Additional sleeping space is found in the open loft and three specialized bunk rooms, ensuring everyone has a place to rest.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen, featuring a convenient center island and locally sourced log dining tables with ample seating. For added convenience, a secondary kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink is located near the entertainment hubs.
