Welcome to our home! We'd like to take a moment to share our House Guidelines which are designed to ensure everyone's safety and comfort for all our guests! These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming space for everyone.

• Minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old. • No unauthorized guests or parties allowed. No pets allowed. • No smoking, illegal substances, or vaping inside the unit. Smoking incidents will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. The air quality is remotely monitored. • Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Follow hot tub safety guidelines. We are not responsible for accidents due to improper use. • Kindly place trash in the bear-proof cage outside and ensure it’s locked to prevent wildlife from accessing it. Do not leave bags of food or trash outside. • We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. • Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per half-hour after 10 AM to compensate for our cleaner’s time. • At check-out, we kindly ask for your cooperation: secure your trash, wash or load dishes into the dishwasher, and clear food from the fridge. We’ll take care of the rest.

Please know that any confirmed violations of these rules may lead to reservation cancellation without a refund, along with fines for additional guests, community rule breaches, extra cleaning, and property damage. We are always available to answer any questions you may have about our house rules as we want to make sure that you feel informed and have a wonderful stay with us!
