For larger groups, the home also offers built-in quad twin bunks and a lounging sofa with a sleeper in the Great Room.

The crown jewel of this retreat is the massive, climate-controlled indoor sports arena. Regardless of the weather, guests can stay active with a full-size basketball court and pickleball courts, or set up bases for a game of wiffle ball. The excitement continues in the gaming loft, a true paradise for indoor entertainment featuring air hockey, shuffleboard, ping pong, a PlayStation 5, and Apple TV, along with a variety of board and card games.

Located in a prime position for adventure, the property is just one minute from the Douglas Lake public access point, with ample boat parking available on-site for easy lake access.
