• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay; no third-party bookings allowed.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Starter supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are provided but not restocked.
• Guests must provide their own charcoal, firewood, and pool towels.
• For safety and wildlife prevention, all trash must be placed in the secure outdoor garbage cage.
• Adult supervision is required at all times for children using the hot tub and swim spa.
