3. Visitors are permitted only with prior written authorization from Capitalia. Unauthorized visitors may be denied access to the property or building.
4. Guests traveling with minors must register every minor staying at or visiting the property. When required by applicable regulations or building policies, the responsible adult may be asked to provide appropriate documentation showing parentage, legal guardianship, or authorization to travel with the minor.
5. If parking is available, vehicles may be inspected by building, security, or parking staff when required.
6. Please turn off lights, air conditioning and electronics, close all windows and securely lock the property whenever you leave.
7. When using common areas, guests must comply with building regulations, schedules, and instructions from authorized staff.
8. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs and firearms are prohibited inside the property.
9. Before departure, please verify that you have all your belongings. Capitalia is not responsible for items left behind or lost.
10. Damages, missing items, excessive cleaning or violations of these rules may result in additional charges when permitted under Airbnb policies.
11. Please avoid consuming food or drinks in beds and on sofas.
12. The person who made the reservation is responsible for the conduct of registered guests, minors, and authorized visitors.
13. Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Changes in occupancy require prior written authorization.
14. Please report any damage, malfunction or safety concerns promptly so our team can assist.
