It is our goal to not only provide you with top-of-the-line accommodations, but to also provide you with excellent customer service. We go to great lengths to provide you with as much information as possible about the luxury property you will be renting and the area you are staying in. We are a small family owned and operated company where you are never just another rental. Our goal is to cultivate a lasting friendship and be your family and friends go to place when you visit The Summit on Bluff Mountain, Sherwood Forest Resort, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Wears Valley areas of the Great Smoky Mountains. Requirements: We do require guests to fill out and sign SkyView Rentals rental agreement.
We require a copy of a credit card to be on file as well as a copy of a photo ID for proof of identity.

Check In/ Checkout Time:
Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We can try to allow for early check-in or late checkout for an additional fee. We do not guarantee an early check in, or late checkout can be granted. Permission for an early check-in or late checkout must be given in writing and authorized by SkyView Rentals Management. Unauthorized early check in or late checkout may be charged an additional fee.

Check in/Checkout Procedures: All guests will be provided with a Welcome Packet email. In the guests Welcome Packet email, you are provided with check-in instructions and a checkout procedure along with more information about the property and the area. A direct cell phone number to SkyView Rentals property management is provided in your Welcome Packet email should guest need assistance during their stay.

Events and Small Gatherings: While we do allow for small gatherings and events, we do not allow any wild parties, any loud music or noise that may disrupt neighbors or neighboring properties. NO parking on the streets, side of the roadways or in any grassy areas. Parking is allowed on paved parking areas that are designated for the property rented by the guest. If the use of added tables, chairs, outdoor tents, indoor/outdoor decorations is needed for your event, all such needed additions must be taken down and removed from the property within 24 hours after the event has ended. Guests must make all arrangements for all items whether rented or brought in by guests to be taken down and removed from the property prior to checkout. If it is necessary for rented items to be picked up after checkout, guests must notify and receive permission from SkyView Rentals management in writing. Rented items cannot be left at the property and must be picked up prior to other guests checking into the property and cannot interfere or disrupt the stay of a new guests checking in.
