Configured for comfort, the home features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating 15 guests. The layout is ideal for couples and families, offering 5 king suites (4 of which are ensuite) to ensure everyone has a real bedroom. Additional sleeping space includes a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed, perfect for children, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Entertainment is at the heart of this home. The basement is a dedicated theater and game lounge equipped with theater seating, arcade games, a pool table, a game console, and various board games. For relaxation, head to the back decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air from the private hot tub or cook up a feast on the gas grill. Inside, a cozy fireplace adds warmth to the living space.

Located in the gated Bear Creek Crossing community, you'll enjoy a quiet, safe, and family-friendly environment with easy, flat roads—no steep mountain drives are required for your arrival. The property is conveniently situated just 10–15 minutes from the vibrant Pigeon Forge Parkway.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets of all sizes are welcome! They must be house-trained and current on flea/tick medication. A $100 fee covers up to 2 pets; additional pets are $50 each.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50 per hour (request 24 hours in advance).
• Gas grill is free to use; however, propane refills are not provided.
• Please note that cell reception can be intermittent due to the mountainous terrain.
