While this unit is designed for those who prefer a no-frills approach, its location is truly unmatched, offering one of the most popular slopeside positions in the area.

This rustic mountain style retreat is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably across two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a Twin bed, while the second bedroom features a Queen bed and a Twin bed, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Though the unit focuses on simplicity, guests can enjoy a variety of on-site and neighborhood facilities to unwind after a day of adventure. You can soak in the views of Red Mountain to the southeast or relax in the on-site indoor/outdoor hot tubs and sauna. Additionally, guests have access to the Upper Village Pool across the street, which includes an outdoor heated pool and further indoor/outdoor hot tub options. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed from September 14, 2025, to November 21, 2025, and again from April 19, 2026, to May 22, 2026. Hot tub hours are strictly from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Before access is granted, guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement regarding terms and conditions. Upon booking, an email address is requested to provide access to an amazing guest portal containing all unit information. Please check in at the Main Street office location to receive final access details for your vacation rental. A basic starter pack is provided, including travel-size toiletries, limited paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent, though guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays. Please note that coffee, spices, and other kitchen food items are not supplied.
