The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests. The main level hosts three comfortable en suite bedrooms, each equipped with its own Smart TV. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the first suite, a queen bed in the second, and two twin-over-full bunk beds in the third. For additional flexibility, the upstairs game loft provides a sleeper sofa, making it a favorite hangout spot for children and extra guests.

To ensure a seamless stay, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome, though we ask that they stay off the furniture and that guests clean up after them outside. Please respect the maximum occupancy of 12 guests; parties are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and quiet hours are appreciated after dark to maintain the peace for our neighbors.
