About Property

Welcome to Southern Treasure, a peaceful and secluded wooded retreat in Sevierville, Tennessee. This compact, three-level cabin is tucked into a canopy of hardwoods, offering a quiet home base for those looking to explore the Smokies while maintaining a sense of private sanctuary.

The cabin is designed to accommodate 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort: the main level features a primary bedroom with a king bed, while the upper level hosts two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both upper-level rooms are equipped with large HDTVs, and the bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open living and dining area anchored by a seasonal gas fireplace that casts a relaxing glow across the room. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and includes a Keurig for your morning coffee. For entertainment, the lower level provides a private entry game room—accessible from the outside—featuring arcade games, foosball, a dart board, and a pool table, making it the ideal spot for rainy afternoons.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The ground level patio hosts a shaded, covered hot tub, while a separate deck tucked among the trees features string lights and a fire pit, creating the perfect gathering spot for evening stories and marshmallows. A wood picket fence lines the property for added privacy, and there is parking available for 2 vehicles.
