This spacious hideaway features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out across three levels:

Main Level: Features two king suites. The Green King bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and seasonal mountain views, while the Blue King bedroom mirrors the misty tones of the Blue Ridge Mountains and includes a private workspace and ensuite bathroom.

Upper Level: Home to two additional king bedrooms. One is a private retreat with an ensuite bathroom and a personal deck for morning coffee, while the other is a charming space with a poster bed and mountain views. The level is completed by a whimsical Loft Bunk Room featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds and an Insta-worthy treehouse mural with galaxy night lights. Please note the loft is open to the living room below and does not have a door.

Lower Level: A dedicated entertainment hub containing a lively game room, theater room, and access to the pool area.

• Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a pet cleaning fee
• Restrictions: RVs, camper vans, and trailers are not permitted per HOA rules
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking
• Cancellation: Full refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled 30+ days prior; 50% refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled 15-30 days prior; no refund within 15 days
