Escape to the heart of the Smoky Mountains with this spacious 2,800 sq ft retreat in Sevierville, Tennessee. Located just outside of Pigeon Forge, this three-story cabin offers an amazing blend of mountain views and entertainment, making it the perfect getaway for large groups and families.

The home is thoughtfully laid out over three levels to maximize space and privacy. The main level features a welcoming living room, an equipped kitchen, and a master king suite with an attached bathroom and a large bathing tub. The upstairs level hosts another king suite and a versatile loft area featuring a futon and a pool table, all while taking in those stunning mountain vistas. In the basement, guests will find a third king suite and a bunk bed located in the common area, ensuring plenty of room for everyone.

Designed for fun and relaxation, the cabin includes a dedicated game room with a foosball table and a pool table in the loft. Outdoor living is emphasized with three separate decks, one of which holds a relaxing hot tub. For evening ambiance, three king bedrooms are equipped with electric fireplaces.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $40 fee. Pets are allowed, but guests must notify the host and pay the required pet fee to avoid breaking house rules.

Please note that the gas fireplace is inoperable and should not be used for safety reasons. Electric fireplaces are for ambiance and should be paired with the AC heater for warmth. The master tub is a standard soaking tub, not a jacuzzi. Guests are asked to provide their own charcoal (self-igniting only) and bagged ice. Starter supplies (shampoo, soap, paper towels, and basic cleaning items) are provided, but additional supplies, food, and beverages are the responsibility of the guest.
