The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property: bedrooms 1, 2, 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11 each offer a King bed; bedrooms 3, 4, 6, and 12 feature two Queen beds; and bedroom 8 is a family-friendly space with two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, and most feature attached full bathrooms. For additional flexibility, the living room provides a Queen sleeper sofa and a futon, while the game room offers two additional Queen sleeper sofas. Notably, the first bedroom includes a handicapped accessible full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The heart of the home is an expansive living room centered around a cozy electric fireplace and floodlit by large windows with beautiful views. Seamlessly connected is a massive kitchen and enormous dining area, a dream for those who love to cook.
