The residence features a functional layout designed for groups, with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Upstairs, you will find four closed bedrooms: three featuring Queen beds and one with a King bed. A second living area located in the attached garage serves as both a family room and a fifth sleeping area, equipped with two single sofa beds—ideal for children or additional guests.

Common areas are designed for relaxation and connection, including a cozy main living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. For those seeking excitement, the spacious entertainment area is a highlight, featuring a home theater with a 75-inch TV, a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table. A three-season veranda provides a wonderful spot for dining with a BBQ.

Guests can enjoy a private four-season hot tub with breathtaking river views, accessible year-round. For water enthusiasts, a private dock is available to moor your own boat, with a nearby boat launch and a neighboring marina offering rentals of boats, pontoons, and personal watercraft.

Located in Grandes-Piles, Quebec, the chalet is a gateway to outdoor adventure.
