The home is a 30-minute drive to Adelaide CBD and 25 minutes from the airport.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be able to navigate stairs inside the property and to reach the beachfront. Please note that while the capacity is 7, a maximum of 6 adults per group is permitted; no parties are allowed. House-trained small-to-medium dogs are welcome upon request for an additional $100 fee, though they are restricted from beds, the carpeted games room, and soft furnishings. All guests must complete a secure verification process, including providing a government-issued photo ID and signing a rental agreement, to receive check-in details. Firewood for the outdoor fireplace is available for purchase at the OTR on Brighton Road.
