1. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this cabin. No unregistered guests are allowed. The only people allowed on the property are those that are listed on the reservation.

2. There is a strict no pet policy, no smoking of cigarettes, cigars, illegal substances, and vapes inside and outside, and no parties or events. Violation of these policies shall result in eviction without a refund and a penalty of $500.

3. All services and amenities are checked regularly to be in working order. However, we realize sometimes that things might break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any money due to issues that may be beyond our control, we will respond quickly to make repairs or provide replacements. Please get in touch with the host to report any problems immediately. Note that guests will assume full responsibility for any theft or damage of any item. Guests will incur additional charges to cover any replacement cost.

4. The hot tub is cleaned and treated before the arrival of each guest. Please do not use any bubble bath products in the hot tub. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from using the hot tub unless accompanied and supervised by an adult. Please leave the hot tub cover and strap on the hot tub when not in use. Do not sit or stand on top of the hot tub cover. If it breaks, guests will be charged an additional fee of $500.

5. The pool is serviced weekly by a professional to ensure it stays clean and that chemicals are on the right level. Therefore, please use the pool at your own risk. Please follow all the rules posted in the pool room. Kids under 14 are prohibited from using the pool unless accompanied and supervised by an adult. Please keep the doors, and the windows in the pool room closed at all times. Please do not touch the dehumidifier and AC system located in the back of the room. Guests will be charged an additional $500 fee if any of these systems are tampered with.

6. The guests will incur an additional charge of $100 if the fireplace remote control is lost or missing.

7. The cabin is in the Great Smoky Mountains, which has a rich and diverse ecosystem! Therefore, encounters with insects and wildlife are expected and may include but are not limited to bees, wasps, ladybugs, and other insects. We have the property serviced by a pest control company and thoroughly cleaned between every guest to help control this. Sometimes, insects enter the cabin through open windows and doors, so keep them closed. Guests accept the possibility of such encounters. Any such encounters are out of the host's control and will not result in a refund.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in eviction without any refund.
