The cabin sits on beautiful forested property where you might encounter local wildlife - a true mountain experience that connects you with nature's splendor.

Important Guest Information: A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival. The property features an exterior security camera at the front entrance facing the parking area - please do not tamper with this equipment. Occupancy is limited to 12 guests, with additional charges of $100 per night for each person over this limit. Hot tub use is at your own risk - supervision required for guests under 18, and alcohol/pregnant guests are prohibited. No pets allowed ($500 penalty applies). Only gas appliances permitted for fires - unauthorized fires including candles incur $100 plus damages. No refunds for weather, power outages, or early departure - travel insurance recommended. Late check-in/out fees are $50 per hour. Winter guests should have 4WD/AWD or tire chains due to mountain conditions.
