Escape to a mountain paradise at these Four Treehouses, situated on a sprawling 50-acre mountain resort in Bryson City, North Carolina. Perfectly designed for four couples, this unique destination offers a blend of shared resort luxury and intimate privacy.

Each Treehouse is part of a single building divided into four private units. When you book a Treehouse, you enjoy your own secluded sanctuary featuring 1 King Bedroom and 1 Bathroom. The interior boasts a suite-style layout, complete with a living room centered around a stone gas fireplace with a wood mantle. For your convenience, each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and K-Cup coffee pots.

To ensure a serene experience, we have implemented several privacy measures, including fireproofed walls for added soundproofing, strategic landscaping, separate parking, dedicated walking paths, and exterior wood wall dividers.

Beyond your private unit, guests have full access to the Watershed Resort property. The center of the resort is The Yard, where you can enjoy gorgeous views, seating, a group fire pit, and various games including bocce ball, corn hole, ladder ball, and horseshoes. Don't miss our signature logzebo with a bedswing, or the onsite hiking trail leading to the playground and Eco Park, which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge. Guests also receive a discount for tube rentals at Deep Creek Lodge Creekside Tubing.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Strictly limited to two people per unit
• Pets: Not allowed in the Treehouse units
• Road Conditions: Roads may be pavement or gravel; a 4WD vehicle with high ground clearance is highly recommended. No refunds are issued for inability to reach the cabin due to road conditions.
• Water Conservation: Please use water mindfully, limit shower times, and run appliances only when full.
• Wildlife: This is active bear country. Please secure all food and garbage and maintain a safe distance from wildlife.

We provide a starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, firewood, and propane. For longer stays, we recommend visiting the local Ingles grocery store before your arrival.
