The layout is uniquely designed with two master en-suites in the main house and a stunning private casita. This modern and beautifully designed casita is a raved-about feature and includes a vanity sink, though guests utilize the main house for toilet and shower facilities. Every bedroom is equipped with a Roku Smart TV for entertainment.

Step outside into a backyard that defines the resort experience. Dive into the heated pool, which features UV and ozone sanitization and an innovative swim machine with an adjustable current for exercise or relaxation. The outdoor oasis also includes a private hot tub, a built-in propane grill, a fire pit with seating, a hammock, and shaded relaxation areas. To ensure comfort during Arizona summers, an advanced misting system is installed to drop the temperature by 15–30°F.
