LOCALS

No local bookings without prior approval and please explain why you are booking this home as a local? We are very cautious because locals have booked and tried to throw a parties here so please understand our concern.

PARKING

The driveway is large enough for 3 cars max, no street parking is available or approved.

POOL

No children under the age of 18 permitted in pool or spa without adult supervision. This is a large but shallow play pool that is less than 5 feet deep in certain areas, no diving allowed. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA! .

Do not touch any of the automated pool settings, it’s very expensive equipment & can be damaged in the wrong setting. Do not remove pool floor cleaner & hoses from the pool, fine for doing this is $250! Do not risk losing your deposit if any equipment is touched during the stay. Please make me aware immediately if you feel the pools cleaning system is not working or the equipment is malfunctioning and I will this fix it ASAP.

SMOKING

Any smoking must be done outside & not in the new turf area, please pickup any used cigarettes. $2,500 fine imposed for smoking of any kind inside the house. Do not discard any buttes in the yard & please properly dispose of them.

ADDITIONAL

Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am. I’m looking for respectful travelers that will treat my home like it was their own. I have wonderful neighbors & want to keep them very happy. The City of Scottsdale has enacted a strict no noise nuisance policy. If police are called for a noise complaint, they can now issue the guests fines of $1,000-$2,500. The policy applies to everyone in Scottsdale City limits.

Please let me know of any issues immediately upon arrival, If I don't know about the issue, I will not be able to fix it. Anything less than a 5 star rating is a failure in my eyes.

Most importantly have fun & enjoy this spacious yet cozy home we have put countless hours into. Come relax by the pool. & enjoy the beautiful city of Scottsdale & all the restaurants, art galleries, shopping & much more!
