This spacious home is designed for large groups and family reunions, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a King size bed in the main level bedroom, another King size bed in the upstairs bedroom, and a third King size bed in the lower level. For additional guests, the lower level offers two more bedrooms, each equipped with full bunk beds. The property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Designed for both relaxation and high-energy fun, the cabin is packed with unique features. A separate game and theater building offers an 86-inch HDTV with eight reclining chairs, alongside a ping-pong table, air hockey, and retro arcade games. Inside the main cabin, guests can enjoy a pool table, an indoor gas fireplace, and a dedicated workspace complete with a printer. Wellness is prioritized with an infrared sauna, a hot tub that fits 6-7 people on the lower deck, and available free weights and yoga mats. Outdoors, you will find a large open backyard and a fire pit with rustic benches and Adirondack chairs for roasting s'mores.

Situated in Sevierville, the cabin is far enough from the hustle and bustle to ensure peace and quiet, yet just 5-10 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park via the Metcalf Bottom entrance. You are only 5 minutes from the Foothills Parkway, 10 minutes from Townsend, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. Guests also enjoy a membership to Honeysuckle Resort, providing access to a fishing pond and a seasonal outdoor pool and deli from May through September.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. This is strictly a no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-marijuana property, both indoors and within 25 feet of all entrances. Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed. Parties and unregistered guests are prohibited. Ample parking is available for up to 6 vehicles on the premises, and RVs are welcome.
