Designed for large gatherings, the home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for groups, featuring a king suite on the main floor, two queen bedrooms (including one with bunk beds) and a full loft upstairs, as well as a queen suite and a bunk room on the lower level. For added flexibility, three roll-away beds are available. Every bedroom, including the loft, is equipped with a Smart TV.

Inside, the main level impresses with 23-foot ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for group meal prep with a full-size refrigerator on the main level, plus a second refrigerator and high-capacity ice machine on the lower level. For entertainment, the lower-level rec room offers an arcade console and board games for rainy-day fun. The property also includes practical comforts like dual-zone HVAC, washer and dryer, and Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Outdoor living is where this retreat truly shines. Down the stairs, you will find a private dock with a covered boat slip, swim platform with ladder access, and two jet-ski ports. You are approximately 12 miles from the Tackett Creek ATV trail system and 30 minutes from golfing at Deerfield Resort. Across the cove lies Overlook Bay and over 10,000 acres of TVA land for hiking, while the nearby Chuck Swan Wildlife Preserve is a prime spot for spotting bald eagles, deer, foxes, and wild turkey.
