Important Guest Information: Saturday-to-Saturday full-week rentals required during Memorial Day through Labor Day (3 PM check-in, 10 AM check-out). Minimum age requirement of 26 for primary renter. Separate rental agreement required with no-refund cancellation policy. Mandatory $60 damage protection plan through CSA. Boat and jet ski rentals available separately with age restrictions and mandatory safety training. Parking available for 4 vehicles on-site with overflow options at nearby marina. Split firewood available for purchase (subject to TVA burning restrictions).
