Designed for large crowds to spread out and get "settled," the property features a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 beds across the three dwellings, with 6 bathrooms to accommodate up to 16 guests in the main cabin and a total capacity of 30 guests across the entire settlement. The heart of the retreat is the three-level main cabin, which sleeps 16 and is ideal for gathering together. For additional privacy, a second cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 10 guests across two levels, while the third is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin that sleeps 4.

Entertainment is abundant throughout the property. Guests can enjoy two game rooms featuring a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, as well as a dedicated theater room for movie nights. Outdoors, the three cabins share a large flat parking area, a huge picnic spot, and a communal fire pit. To ensure total relaxation, the property is equipped with 3 hot tubs. Each cabin provides its own kitchen, ensuring that your group has ample space for meal preparation and socializing.

Located just 2 miles from Pigeon Forge, The Settlement is conveniently situated close to popular attractions including Dollywood and The Cal Ripken Park.
