About Property

Discover the ultimate Smoky Mountain adventure at Tarzan & Jane Treehouses, a bold and imaginative TreeFort Double located at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort in Sevierville, Tennessee. This one-of-a-kind group getaway consists of two full treehouses connected by an exciting sky bridge, offering the perfect blend of togetherness and private space for your party.

Designed for big family memories, birthday celebrations, and friend groups, this expansive retreat accommodates up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 2 secret roll-out queen beds, and 2 sets of double bunks. For a clever touch, the lower bunks are crank-away, revealing a hidden table and cozy seating area. The bedrooms are further enhanced by star-lit ceilings, ensuring a magical atmosphere throughout the night.

Adventure is built into every corner of the property. Guests can experience the thrill of dual racing 20-foot slides, explore two escape hatches and secret ladders, or use the drink chutes and bucket pulleys to move snacks and treasure. The experience continues outdoors with rope climbs, swings, and hidden surprises. While the vibe is high-energy and playful, the stay remains comfortably luxe with high-end touches like heated and lit toilet seats.

Each treehouse is equipped with its own kitchenette featuring a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge, complemented by a Weber gas grill on each upper deck. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor community kitchen and a community fire pit for gathering. The property offers stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the Little Pigeon River, and two championship golf courses.

Located just minutes from the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood, the resort provides an immersive experience. Your stay includes a free 1-mile interactive scavenger hunt and complimentary firewood for cozy evenings.
