The layout is meticulously arranged to accommodate a large number of guests, featuring 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are generous, with a total of 8 beds distributed as follows: five bedrooms with King beds, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and one bedroom featuring a Queen-over-queen bunk bed. This configuration ensures that everyone in your party has a comfortable place to rest.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, where you can enjoy the Arizona sunshine in a large backyard. This private oasis includes a swimming pool and outdoor seating, along with a BBQ grill for open-air dining. Inside, the home is equipped for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring an arcade game, smart TVs in every bedroom, and multiple comfortable gathering areas. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing group meals, complemented by both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Located in a prime position in Mesa, Arizona, the home offers convenient access to ASU, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Entry is simplified via self check-in with keyless entry, and guests have access to free driveway parking as well as public street parking. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, and parties or events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors.

Pets are welcome with prior approval; up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $250 fee per dog, per stay. Because the backyard features artificial turf, we kindly ask that dogs be walked off-property for bathroom breaks. Only registered guests on the reservation may enter the property.
