Experience a romantic beachfront escape for couples or small families at Casita 2, located on the pristine wide sands of Playa Pochomil in Departamento de Managua. This inviting getaway offers a prime beachfront location where you can walk directly from the property onto the beach for swimming, surfing, or simply relaxing while watching beautiful sunsets.

Casita 2 is designed for comfort and efficiency, accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main downstairs room includes a double bed and air conditioning to keep you cool. For additional sleeping space, there is a loft reached by stairs or a ladder containing a bunk bed with 2 twin beds; please note the loft uses fans and may be warmer than the main room. Guests should be comfortable climbing to access the loft area. The casita also includes a private bathroom and a private mini fridge for your convenience.

While your casita is private, you have access to the property's shared common areas, which include:

• Beachfront pool
• Well-equipped main kitchen with a 6-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, and BBQ
• 6-stage reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water
• High-speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV
• Hammocks and beach loungers
• Free on-property parking

Located in a peaceful coastal community, the property is gated and features an on-site caretaker, Yerlin, to assist with your arrival. The area is known for its genuine local character, where you might spot local animals or nesting sea turtles along the shore. The property is easily accessible via fully paved roads, making it a convenient choice for a coastal retreat.
