Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per pet. The garage is not available for guest parking as it houses the owner's vehicle, and certain closets remain locked for owner storage. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with no smoking or parties permitted. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM.
