About Property

Discover the ultimate desert getaway at Casa Del Rey, a beautifully remodeled Scottsdale retreat designed for families, couples, and group getaways. This thoughtfully designed home offers a perfect balance of space, style, and comfort in the heart of Arizona.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and designed for maximum privacy, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. The layout includes two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms. A standout feature of the property is the private detached king-suite casita, which provides its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. While connected to the home's structure, the casita lacks interior access, making it a perfect retreat for grandparents or guests seeking additional seclusion.

Inside, the home feels bright and welcoming with a clean open layout, modern finishes, and all-new furnishings throughout. The spacious living room centers around an oversized sectional and Smart TV, creating an inviting place to relax. For those who love to cook, the fully updated chef's kitchen is designed for connection, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and plenty of prep space for group meals.

Step outside to a private desert oasis featuring a brand-new PebbleTec pool anchored by luxury loungers. The resort-style backyard includes a shaded outdoor living room for relaxing throughout the day and a turf play lawn perfect for games. Whether you are grilling dinner or relaxing under the evening sky, the outdoor space is designed for effortless gatherings.

Located in a quiet, established neighborhood, you are just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale's dining, shopping, and nightlife. The home is perfectly positioned for nature lovers and sports fans, with easy access to renowned hiking trails like Camelback and Papago, top golf courses, and Spring Training stadiums. With quick access to Loop 101, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only about 15–20 minutes away.
