🐾 Pet Policy

We are delighted to welcome dogs to our villa. Please note there is a $200 fee per dog for the duration of your stay, as the cleaning process involves specialized steps and additional staff.

Up to four (5) well-behaved small dogs (under 30 lbs each) are permitted. Dogs over 30 lbs and cats of any size cannot be accommodated.

All pets must be declared at the time of booking to ensure accurate pricing. If pets are not listed in the reservation and are later observed on property (including via our outdoor security Ring cameras), a $500 per pet penalty will automatically apply.

💡 Tip: When bringing pets, please update your reservation to include them — the system will automatically adjust the pricing.

🏌️‍♂️ TrackMan Golf Simulator

Enjoy complimentary access to the state-of-the-art TrackMan Golf Simulator during your stay. Access will be granted once the primary guest has: 1) Electronically signed the Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (via DocuSign). 2) Provided a valid photo ID (U.S. driver’s license or passport for international guests).

💦 Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating are optional and available for an additional $50 per booked night. Heating must be requested prior to check-in and for the entire duration of your stay. The system heats both the pool and spa to approximately 90°F. Please note: the pool and spa share the same temperature system.

🔑 Check-In Instructions

Detailed check-in information — including property access codes and arrival procedures — will be sent electronically on the morning of your scheduled arrival.

🍖 Outdoor Grill

A propane BBQ grill is provided for your convenience at no extra charge. Guests are responsible for supplying propane as needed during their stay (a propane tank is available on-site).

Please note that the operation and use of the BBQ grill are the sole responsibility of the guest. The property owner and management bear no liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from its use.

🏖️ Resort Amenities

Your stay includes access to Encore Resort’s on-site amenities, such as arcade, restaurants, bar, and coffee shop. Waterpark access is not included and cannot be purchased separately.

🚫 Booking & Subleasing Policy

The person who books must be the one staying for the entire reservation — no third-party stays, no subleasing, no reselling nights, and no transferring the reservation under any circumstances. Only the guests listed on the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property.

🚫 Multi-Home & Group Use

This home may not be used as part of a multi-home group, event, or block of rentals in the community. Any undisclosed group coordination, commercial use, or attempt to sublease will result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal from the property.
