To ensure a seamless stay, please take note of the following practical information and house rules. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage, which remains off-limits as this is a primary residence. Please be advised that pets are not allowed. Prior to arrival, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to the rental conditions. For those visiting during cooler months, the pool heater is available for an additional fee of $100 per day for the duration of the stay.

- Do Not Remove Pool Cleaner. Guests can't remove pool cleaner or a $100 fine will be charged. The pool cleaner runs all day to keep the pool clean. Removing it can damage the pump, which costs several $1000 to fix. If removed, the charge will be directed to you.
Rental Agreement Requirement: Guests are required to sign our external rental agreement before the booking platform’s cancellation window expires. This document restates the house rules listed in the property description, confirms that guests maintain a primary residence elsewhere and are not claiming this property as such, and acknowledges the platform’s cancellation policy. No additional payments are requested through this agreement unless a security deposit is specifically stated, and all funds remain processed through the booking platform. If the agreement is not completed before the cancellation window ends, it will still be required prior to check-in. Reservations remain subject to the platform’s cancellation policy regardless of whether the agreement has been completed.
