The sleeping arrangements include 9 bedrooms with a configuration of 6 king and 3 queen beds. To ensure maximum privacy and convenience, there are 10 bathrooms, including 9 ensuite options and 3 half baths, meaning no one has to wait for a shower.

Gather together in the open-concept living room and kitchen, which create a perfect place for sharing meals, watching a movie, or planning your next outing. Each room is detailed for comfort, and guests can enjoy the fresh air from the private balcony. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this space makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in a prime location, you are just steps away from UCO and the vibrant energy of downtown Edmond. Guests can easily explore the Patriarch craft beer park, delicious local eateries, unique shops, and various cultural attractions, making it a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, business trip, or longer stay.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (additional fee per pet)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors (violation results in a $500 cleaning fee)
• Noise Policy: A "Minut" noise/smoke monitor is active; three notifications over 80 decibels may result in a $50 fee or request to vacate
• Early/Late Checkout: 1-hour window available for an additional $20 fee
• Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized checkouts past 11:00 AM incur a $100 fee
• Other Fees: $30 for lost item returns and $30 for date change requests (subject to rate increases)
