The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for variety and privacy: eight exquisitely designed suites primarily feature sumptuous king-size beds with well-appointed en-suite bathrooms, while select rooms include playful twin bunk beds for children or friends. A ninth bedroom is located within the community room, featuring a comfortable Queen bed that can be made private for added intimacy.

To ensure a peaceful experience, The Maya is unstaffed, offering guests unparalleled privacy and independence. Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note the following rules: guests must be at least 25 years old to book; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; and ID verification is required. Pets are welcome, with the first two included and a $300 fee for a third pet. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. Pool heating (84 degrees) is available from October to April for an additional fee of $150 per day with a two-night minimum, requiring 48 hours' notice.
