The second bedroom provides two twin beds and direct pool access, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with convenient USB plug-ins. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and closets to ensure a comfortable stay.

For a seamless stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All guests must complete a secure online ID verification process prior to arrival. To maintain the home, a no-smoking and no-pet policy is strictly enforced. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Please be mindful of the city's quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM.

Additional details include a refundable damage hold of $1000 (or a $50 damage waiver fee) and an optional pool heating fee of $50 per night upon request. To protect the AC system in the Arizona climate, we ask that the thermostat be kept at 68 degrees or above.
