Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the first bedroom and a bunk bed consisting of two Full beds in the second. For additional guests, a cozy sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet and dresser for your convenience.

The cottage is perfectly positioned just two blocks from the white sandy beaches of PCB, specifically a 2-minute walk to Beach Access #5. You'll find yourself a short distance from the beautiful St. Andrews State Park and within easy walking distance of popular local spots like Schooners, Patches, Newby's, and Tootsies, making for a great stroll home after dinner and drinks.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a 3-story stilt home with two separate units; while you have the downstairs cottage, other guests may be staying in the upstairs main home. The front deck is reserved for upstairs guests. Free parking is available in the driveway, with designated space on the left side to avoid blocking others.

Pet Policy: We are pet friendly for house-broken, safe pets with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay. Guests must notify the host before bringing a pet, and a small additional cleaning fee will be applied.
