This expansive property is designed for multi-generational gatherings and friend reunions, accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout consists of a main house and a seasonal detached guest cabin known as The Wigwam. In total, the property features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds across 3 bathrooms. The main house includes a main-floor queen bedroom, a second-floor king bedroom, and a spacious bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and two additional twin beds. The Wigwam, available approximately from Memorial Day to early October, provides a quiet retreat with a full bed and its own full bathroom.

Outdoor living is the heart of the Inertia Inn experience. Guests can enjoy 70 feet of private sandy beach and a private dock (installed mid-May through early September) perfect for boat tie-ups and sunset cruises. The expansive deck runs the length of the house, offering multiple conversation nooks, two large granite dining tables, and a 6-person hot tub with sweeping views of Ponderosa State Park and Jughandle Mountain. A beach firepit completes the lakeside experience.

Inside, the home is cozy and unpretentious. The lakeside living room and dining area are made for gathering, complemented by a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows for quiet morning coffee. The fully stocked galley kitchen and breakfast bar ensure the cook remains part of the action.

Located in the coveted Sylvan Beach area, the property is just minutes from downtown McCall while remaining a secluded sanctuary.
