The entry level boasts an ADA-accessible master suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with grab bars. Other main-floor sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom that also features a bunk bed. The second floor provides a cozy loft sitting area and reading nook, alongside a queen bedroom with four twin bunk beds and two additional king bedrooms. The home is designed with an open-concept layout, featuring soaring ceilings, warm wood accent walls, and a stunning fireplace that anchors the family room.

• Fees: A nonrefundable $59 accidental rental damage waiver fee applies to each booking
• Requirements: Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental agreement prior to check-in
• Policies: Firewood for the outdoor pit is not provided; tap water is well water
• Cancellation: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee) if cancelled 30+ days prior; 50% refund between 14-30 days; no refunds within 14 days or due to weather
