About Property

Discover the perfect blend of nostalgia and modern comfort at this unique end-unit townhouse in Ellicottville, New York. Designed as a retro entertainment hub, this three-level home offers a spacious getaway that captures a playful spirit while providing all the essential comforts for a relaxing trip. Because it is an end unit, the home enjoys extra natural light and a quieter atmosphere on one side of the building.

Sleeping arrangements are spread across three thoughtfully designed levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, a Roku TV, and a private bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub and shower. The ground floor consists of two cozy bunk rooms, each equipped with a twin-over-full bunk. For a touch of old-school charm, each bunk room includes its own CRT TV and VHS player, perfect for nostalgic movie nights. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and side-by-side laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the ground level.

The main floor serves as the living heart of the home. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the inviting living room, which is furnished with a couch, chaise, two chairs, and a loveseat. Entertainment is center stage here with a 75-inch Roku TV and a Golden Tee 3D arcade game. The fully stocked kitchen features an electric stove, air fryer, dishwasher, and a combo drip/Keurig coffee maker. Guests can enjoy the outdoors on two separate decks: the front deck offers views of HoliMont, while the back deck is equipped with a propane grill and seating for four.

Located in the Stone Ridge complex, this is the closest unit to Route 242, making it the easiest walk in the community to the village and HoliMont. Guests are just a 5 to 12 minute walk from the local shops, bars, and restaurants of Ellicottville Village. In winter, HoliMont is walkable, and Holiday Valley Resort is a short 5-minute drive away. During the summer, the area is quiet and green, offering easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and the Sky High Adventure Park.
