Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for maximum comfort: the main floor offers a peaceful retreat with a plush queen bed and a Smart TV, providing easy access to a full bathroom for those preferring to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you will find a warm and relaxing second bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV, as well as a fun and flexible kids' room equipped with two twin beds, two trundles, and Xbox gaming to keep the little ones entertained.

Inside, the home is designed for a hassle-free stay with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and all necessary cookware. The cozy living area invites you to unwind with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is available, supported by fast Wi-Fi throughout the property. Essential conveniences include a washer and dryer, and a whole-house generator for complete peace of mind.

High Mountain Haven is perfectly positioned for mountain adventures, located just a 6-minute drive from Bethel Village and approximately 12 to 13 minutes from both Sunday River and Mt. Abram.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Policies: No parties, no smoking, and no illegal activity. Only registered guests are permitted. The booking guest must be present on the property, and the minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID.
• Guest Agreement: A separate Renter's Agreement from the 5 Str Co-Host law firm must be signed to complete the booking.
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 well-trained, housebroken dogs aged 24+ months. A pet fee applies. Please note there are restricted breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, and others listed in the full house rules.
