The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with Queen beds, one bedroom with a single over single bunk bed, and additional flexible space in the loft featuring a sleeper sofa. The two 4-piece bathrooms are equipped with shower/tub combinations.

Inside, you are welcomed by a bright and expansive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wood-burning fireplace. The open-concept kitchen and dining area are flooded with light and overlook the lake, creating a natural gathering place for sharing stories and meals. For evening relaxation, the home includes a smart TV for movies or board game nights.

Outside, the property is designed for a slower pace of life. Enjoy morning coffee in the fresh air on the back deck or spend afternoons in the spacious backyard. As evening approaches, you can fire up the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Please note that while the property offers beautiful lake views, it does not have direct lake access.

Located just north of Goderich near the charming community of Kingsbridge, the area is rich with local experiences. Guests can play a round of golf, visit the Red Burdan Cat Bakery, or browse the farmers market in Goderich. Nearby attractions include local wineries, coffee roasteries, and the marina or airport for boat and aerial tours.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. One well-behaved dog is allowed. A $500 security deposit is required, and the primary renter must be over 25 with government-issued photo ID. All guests must be listed on a separate rental agreement. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property is equipped with outdoor cameras and a monitoring device for noise, temperature, and wifi connections. Linens are available for rental at $20+HST per person (excluding beach towels).
