An open loft workspace just outside the suite overlooks the great room below. The main floor includes two additional bedrooms—one with a full and twin bed and another with a queen bed—both with easy access to a shared bathroom. For extra guests or children, the basement provides a private sleeping area with two queen beds and a nearby full bathroom.

Inside, the breathtaking great room serves as the heart of the home, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and year-round mountain views. • Booking: The booking guest must stay on the property. Minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID. A separate legal Guest Agreement must be signed after booking.
• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs permitted (preferably aged 2+); pet fee applies. Several restricted breeds apply per insurance guidelines (including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Huskies).
