Sleeping arrangements include a primary second-floor bedroom with a king bed and bench seating, a second-floor bedroom with a queen bed and seating bench, and a first-floor bedroom featuring a queen bed, dedicated desk workspace, and direct access to the deck. All beds are outfitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay.

Living spaces are bright and open, featuring a cozy main living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a relaxing sunroom surrounded by windows and access to a small deck with Adirondack chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes island seating for 3 and a coffee bar with a Keurig. For additional entertainment, the basement offers a second living area with its own fireplace, TV, board games, and a lounge complete with a mini bar and mini fridge. Guests can also stay active in the garage gym, which is equipped with a treadmill, weights, and a TV.
