The home features a two-story layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen and living areas, along with the primary king en-suite bedroom and a second queen bedroom with a bathroom located just outside in the hallway. The lower level houses a king bedroom and a room with a twin trundle bed, both sharing a bathroom on that floor. For additional flexibility, a queen sofa couch is also available on the lower level. Guests can enjoy a unique game room located in the one-car garage, complete with a ping pong table, which also shares space with the laundry room.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home's unique character is defined by its outdoor dining balcony, a cozy fire pit, and the presence of two kayaks and life vests located behind the home for guest use at their own risk.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the property is just a six-minute drive from the Bainbridge Island ferry and the vibrant shopping district of Winslow Way. Please be mindful that the beach area is a common space where friendly neighbors often walk their dogs during low tide. Additionally, some neighboring properties extend to the water, so guests are encouraged to enjoy the beach primarily directly in front of the house.
