About Property

Discover the timeless allure of Berrywood Farm, a historic estate set on 33 beautiful acres in the Harbor Country of Three Oaks, Michigan. This expansive sanctuary brings together the serenity of nature and the charm of a nineteenth-century heritage, offering a distinctive setting for large groups to enjoy fresh air and outdoor living in every season.

Designed for privacy and ease, the estate consists of three distinct residences. The Farmhouse serves as the primary social hub, featuring generous seating areas, natural light, and relaxed gathering spots. It contains four bedrooms and four full baths, including a primary suite with a king-size bed, two queen bedrooms, and one room with two twin-size bunkbeds. The Cottage provides a warm and welcoming interior with a lofted queen bedroom, a pullout queen bed, a full bath, and its own kitchen. Completing the trio is the Loft, a bright retreat offering a queen bed, a three-quarter bath, and a full kitchen, perfect for those desiring a private studio setting. In total, the property features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.

The landscape is an invitation to explore, with ponds suited to canoeing and fishing, wooded trails moving through quiet stands of trees, and open lawns for games. Guests can spend warm afternoons at the in-ground pool, challenge friends on the bocce court, or gather around inviting firepits. A restored nineteenth-century timber barn stands as a testament to the farm's history, which dates back to 1836.

Located close to Three Oaks and the wider Harbor Country region, the farm is within easy reach of Union Pier, Lakeside, New Buffalo, and Sawyer for dining, shopping, and shoreline access. Town Line Beach, Warren Dunes State Park, and local wineries, markets, and galleries are all convenient day-trip options.
