Upstairs, the primary bedroom serves as a relaxing retreat featuring a king-size bed, a large closet, and a cozy reading chair. A second upstairs bedroom contains two full-size beds, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. For additional flexibility, the spacious living room includes a queen-size Murphy bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Designed for connection and relaxation, the interior boasts an open-concept kitchen and a living room with vaulted ceilings. The exterior is where the Rockport adventure truly begins, featuring:

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This property is pet-friendly; however, we strictly ask that guests respect our neighbors. Please do not park, walk pets, or allow them to relieve themselves beyond the property line, which ends at the fish cleaning station and extends to the telephone pole by the driveway. Access to the home is provided via a self-service door code. Please note that while the golf cart and kayaks are free, guests must submit a refundable security deposit and completed waivers to use them.
