• Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering.

• Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud. Your vacation is their full-time home.

• Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests.

-To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that the primary guest be at least 25 years old.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of six (6) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 3 bedrooms = 6 occupants max.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds six (6) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.

By booking the home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms.
