This newly built retreat, completed in 2023, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom and Queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. For additional flexibility, an air mattress and Pack 'n Play are also available. The bathroom layout is uniquely designed for efficiency: a shared space with two sink areas leads to two separate private bathrooms—one featuring a toilet and a zero-step shower, and the other featuring a toilet and a tub/shower combination.

Designed for an easy stay, the home is fully stocked with modern comforts, including a full kitchen and an open living space with comfortable couch seating and a dining area for group meals. Families will appreciate the dedicated child-friendly features, such as blackout curtains, a booster chair, and child-specific kitchenware including cups, plates, and silverware.
